SOLOInsieme: the blue magic of Puntino lights up Villa Prinz
A clear sky and the elegant tranquility of a historic villa: this is how SOLOInsieme came to life, the intimate and powerful concert by singer-songwriter Puntino, who managed to enchant the Trieste audience in the evocative garden of Villa Prinz. A special event, made possible thanks to the collaboration between Mimma Dreams APS and the III District of the Municipality of Trieste.
At 8:30 pm, the evening was opened by the dancer Eleonora Forte, with a hip hop performance full of energy and stage presence. Her movements immediately lit up the atmosphere, preparing the audience for an intense and engaging experience. In the background, the columns and the small staircase of the villa provided the perfect setting, while theatrical smoke and LED lights created a suspended, almost cinematic scene.
Then he arrived: Puntino, who took his place behind his keyboard with ease. With his deep and sincere voice, he began a musical journey that skillfully intertwined original songs and intimate reinterpretations of great classics of Italian music. The result? An emotional bridge between past and present, between the child self and the adult who sings today.
But SOLOInsieme was not just a concert. It was a story in music, a flow of words and melodies that accompanied each song, revealing its heart. At the center of the narrative, the color blue: a symbol of depth, introspection, but also refuge and strength.
"As a child I was afraid of the dark," he said, "but the blue LEDs in my room were my refuge. Now that blue has become my identity."
In a moment both ironic and tender, Puntino also shared the origin of his stage name: "I've been called that since before I was born. My father, looking at the ultrasound screen, saw only a little dot... and said to it: Hi Puntino, see you soon."
At the third song, Valentina entered, a musician with a 70s rock background, who for the occasion set aside the bass to accompany him on acoustic guitar. Their duet added new shades to the performance, making the atmosphere even warmer, more authentic, and vibrant.
As always, Puntino intertwined music with the values he believes in: equality, empathy, human rights. Every song, every word, every glance at the audience seemed to say: art is a means to connect us, to recognize each other, to take care of the world we share.
