DIGItal TOols in Youth Work
In an era in which communication increasingly takes place through digital means, the DIGItal TOols in Youth Work project was born from the concrete need to strengthen the digital skills of youth workers to enable them to communicate more effectively with young people.

Project Duration
DIGItal TOols in Youth Work is an Erasmus+ KA1 project that involved 21 youth workers, teachers, and volunteers from 9 European countries. The main objective was to strengthen digital and communication skills in working with young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, through innovative tools and non-formal education methods.
The project included two key actions: a training mobility for youth workers and an international youth exchange aimed at girls and boys aged 13 to 17, coming from rural, disadvantaged, or isolated backgrounds.
Through workshops, laboratories, group work, and simulations, participants developed entrepreneurial, digital, social, and language skills, creating business plans, digital content, and team building activities in international groups.
Operators and young people worked side by side using tools such as Canva, Prezi, Miro, and Stellarium, experimenting with new ways of communication and collaboration.
The project promoted intercultural dialogue, a sense of European belonging, awareness of one's own talents, and the desire to be active citizens.
Thanks to the Youthpass, each participant was able to reflect on their learning, identify new skills, and imagine future educational and professional paths.
DIGItal TOols in Youth Work left a concrete mark on young people, operators, and partner organizations, strengthening European networks and generating new opportunities for growth and cooperation.
