Innovative artistic tools for social and work inclusion.
"Innate ART INCLUSION" is a training program for youth workers within the Erasmus+ project, focused on the mobility of youth workers. The aim of the program is to demonstrate that creativity is a universal potential, not only belonging to professional artists, but present in every individual, including young people with intellectual disabilities.

The specific objectives are:
Development of innovative skills for youth workers: Teaching informal and innovative educational methods to support the social and work inclusion of young people with special educational needs, using creativity and art as tools.
Promotion of social inclusion through art: Demonstrating that every person, including young people with intellectual disabilities, has a creative potential that can be explored and developed to foster social and work inclusion.
Creative educational methods: Presenting and practicing informal educational approaches based on art, music, dance, painting, crafts, and other creative forms to work with young people with intellectual disabilities.
Inclusion in work through art: Promoting the use of creativity as a tool for inclusion in the workforce, focusing on how people with intellectual disabilities can develop skills and social abilities to integrate into the job market.
Support for social entrepreneurship: Exploring social entrepreneurship as a tool for inclusion, promoting artistic and creative activities as job opportunities for young people with disabilities.
Innovative methods for inclusive education: Sharing good practices and experiences among participants to improve work with young people with special educational needs and stimulate their creativity.
Recognition and certification of skills: Providing an opportunity for recognition of skills acquired through the program, using tools like Europass for the recognition of non-formal and informal learning.

The project was created to produce tangible benefits for participants and partner organizations, through:
Enhancing participants' skills in using art as a tool for social and work inclusion.
Creating an inclusive environment where young people with intellectual disabilities can express their creativity.
Acquiring new educational methodologies for youth work and social inclusion.
Developing an international network of youth workers and organizations engaged in informal education and social entrepreneurship.
Promoting the use of art and creativity for the improvement of personal and social skills.
The Innate ART INCLUSION project is aimed at youth workers who have experience or interest in informal education and supporting the social and work inclusion of young people with special educational needs, particularly those with intellectual disabilities. It is aimed at people who wish to develop innovative skills to use creativity and art as tools for social and work inclusion.
Youth workers: professionals already active in partner organizations or as external collaborators.
Young aspiring youth workers: young people interested in growing in the field of non-formal education and sustainable tourism.
