Inovland
Building the future


Inovoland is an international training dedicated to young technicians and youth workers from different European countries, which took place in Portugal.

Project Duration
The project aims to address the difficulties related to unemployment and the lack of opportunities for young people living in rural areas, promoting sustainable entrepreneurship, especially in agriculture and local development.
During the course, participants had the opportunity to discuss topics such as organic farming, Erasmus+ opportunities in rural areas, and strategies to revitalize rural territories, through practical activities, workshops, and intercultural exchanges. The goal was to provide young people with concrete tools and skills to become agents of positive change in their communities and to stimulate their socio-economic inclusion.

Planned Activites
Personal and professional growth of participants
The young people involved strengthened their entrepreneurial, digital, social, and language skills thanks to a concrete and participatory experience.
Greater involvement of young people in rural areas
The project stimulated in participants a new sense of belonging to the territory, motivating them to stay, contribute, and create opportunities in their communities.
Strengthening of European networks among youth organizations
The partner organizations built lasting ties, sharing good practices and laying the foundations for future Erasmus+ collaborations.
Promotion of intercultural dialogue and European citizenship
The exchange between young people from different countries fostered mutual respect, open-mindedness, and understanding of common European values.
Dissemination of good practices in non-formal education
The methods used (workshops, practical labs, role play) were shared among youth workers to be replicated at the local level.
Raising awareness on sustainability and the green economy
The project sparked interest in organic farming, the environment, and the green economy as concrete tools for sustainable rural development.
Thematic workshops
Workshops on youth unemployment, rural entrepreneurship, organic farming, green economy, and Erasmus+ opportunities in rural areas.
Practical and group activities
Simulations, role-play, collaborative exercises, and co-creation moments to stimulate critical thinking and shared planning.
Exchange of good practices between organizations
Each partner shared tools, experiences, and methods related to working with young people in rural contexts.
